3/19/07 I attended the U.K. Web and Mini Comix Thing on the 17th! It was most excellent. I got lots of little free things from various tables and bought some lovely merchandise. In particular, I was pleased to get Zoe Stead(Earthbound & WAVAM)'s novel, an iPod skin from Stuff Sucks, and, my personal favorite, an original art of the cast from Scary Go Round. Did I mention meeting people you know from online is WEIRD? Fun...but weird. In other news, I should be updating the links page shortly, as well as making a cast page, and I wanted to let you all know that I am no longerbeing lame and whiney and Emma is in no danger of going non-existent. As a matter of fact, I officially have 2 fullmonths worth of back log now. I might even go ahead and do 4 updates a week when I get back so that things will at least feel like they're moving a little faster. And that should last through the summer and the end of part one. I'm also going to start stopping using Miruku as my pen-name/moniker/whatever. It feels silly. Plus, my last name is pretty cool. First name, not so much. Initials it is! I feel so much better now that emo-post is gone. Oh, the joy of deletion. I will try to be less emo in future, so as not to invoke the wrath of....well, everyone, really... After I figure that out, I will learn to type less in news posts. |
